A small community nestled in the northwest corner of what is now Harnett County remembers those gifted by God with leadership and wisdom who answered His call long ago. From services held in a little one-room school, a small community church formed. Morris Chapel remains in the same location as it did over 160 years ago, when a crudely built structure stood as a beacon of hope and worship to anyone seeking to know the Lord and be in fellowship with other believers.
